Carlos E. Vazquez Cabanillas\u00bb &#8211; CIRCOT &#8211; de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda de la Universidad Nacional de San Juan es una unidad de investigaci\u00f3n cuyos objetivos son el estudio del trabajo y de las viviendas de inter\u00e9s social.<\/p>\n<p>Involucra adem\u00e1s el control de la calidad en la construcci\u00f3n, la optimizaci\u00f3n en el uso de recursos, el asesoramiento y la asistencia a entidades oficiales y privadas, en los campos de su competencia.<\/p>\n<p>Las \u00e1reas de conocimiento son la Arquitectura e Ingenier\u00eda Civil, Vivienda de inter\u00e9s social, Estudio del trabajo, Comportamiento de los materiales a elevadas temperaturas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Autoridades<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Director del CIRCOT, Ing.
