M\u00f3nica Camargo, quien describi\u00f3 la necesidad de tomar conciencia de Enfermedad Celiaca en todas las edades y que muchas veces los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de la familia padecen los s\u00edntomas y que se hace necesario realizar la consulta de un profesional para realizar los controles necesarios para realizar un diagn\u00f3stico.
