Ing. Mario Fern\u00e1ndez; el Director del INAUT, Dr. Vicente Mut; el vicedirector, Dr. Carlos Soria; el Secretario T\u00e9cnico de la Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda, Ing. Marcelo Codon; el responsable de la obra, Dr. Ing. Santiago Tosetti; el Coordinador del CCT CONICET San Juan, Mg. German Norte y el representante de la firma OBRASCOM SRL, Ing.
